Option 2 — Sell From Seller’s Site: The Yard Ramp Guy still purchases the ramp immediately in most cases, but the payment is split into two parts. The first payment covers the seller’s share minus a holdback amount. The second payment is made prior to the ramp being picked up from the seller’s site.
